ACE HARDWARE REPORTS FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS

Ace Hardware Corporation reported first quarter 2024 revenues of $2.1 billion, an increase of $51.6 million, or 2.5 percent, from the first quarter of 2023. Net income was $46.9 million for the first quarter of 2024, a decrease of $19.3 million from the first quarter of 2023. This decrease was planned in anticipation of higher operating expenses and increased interest expense.
