Weda brings a strong background in leadership and operational excellence to the role. His career includes six years leading Marines in the infantry, followed by more than 13 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, Weda has demonstrated a proven record of leading teams to maximize productivity while prioritizing training, development, and long-term performance.

In his new role as General Manager, Weda is responsible for providing leadership in operations, strategy, and performance, ensuring that daily activities align with the long-term goals and growth initiatives of Straight Line Metal Buildings. “We are excited to welcome Sean to Straight Line Metal Buildings,” said Randy Carman, President of Rival Rural and Commercial, the parent company for Straight Line Metal Buildings.
