Westlake Ace Hardware announced today it has signed a lease agreement to open a new store in Charlotte, NC. The store will be in the Rozzelle Crossing Shopping Center at the corner of Mt. Holly-Huntersville Rd. and Bellhaven Rd. (former location of Bi-Lo). Renovations to the space will begin in the summer of 2023, with an anticipated soft opening during the first quarter of 2024. It will feature approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
