In 2025, Lowe’s didn’t just open doors—it opened opportunities. With eight new and reopened locations across four states, the company’s growth was measured not only in square footage, but in jobs created, community partnerships formed and neighborhoods strengthened.

Each opening followed a simple philosophy: hire local, give back and show up for the community. From the first board cut to the final ribbon tied, every celebration was designed to be more than a grand opening—it was an invitation to belong.

Where Lowe’s Grew

New and updated stores now serve customers in:
Texas – Magnolia, Georgetown, North Fort Worth, Midlothian and Royse City
Arizona – Maricopa
Georgia – Braselton
North Carolina – East Asheville

Each location features expanded assortments, modern layouts and generous outdoor garden centers—built to support both homeowners and pros with projects big and small.

Every new store brought more than 100 new jobs to its community, with most associates hired locally. From Pro desk specialists in North Fort Worth to garden experts in Maricopa, these teams are already helping customers turn ideas into reality.

For Lowe’s, these roles aren’t just positions to fill—they’re long-term career paths designed to grow alongside the communities they serve.

Before the doors even opened, store leaders were out in the community—meeting local organizations, connecting with schools and finding ways to become part of the neighborhood fabric. On opening day and beyond, each store continued that momentum with events, outreach and hands-on involvement.

The goal was simple: don’t just open in a community—be part of it.

Every celebration was paired with meaningful giving. Each store donated at least $1,000 to three or more local nonprofits or community groups, resulting in more than $24,000 in total support across all openings.

From rural towns to fast-growing suburbs and bustling urban corridors, Lowe’s is meeting customers where they are—investing in local people, supporting local causes and creating stores that feel like a natural extension of the community from day one.
