This vote, said the retailer, pertained to the Roosevelt Blvd. store in Philadelphia, and the vote count was 165 against to 51 for.

The Home Depot said the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) will post the results seven days after the vote, as both sides have seven days to file any objections to the election.
At the end of the second quarter of the fiscal year 2022, the company reported, it operated 2,316 retail stores.
